The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

This family-run company was recommended to me and I understand why. Sarah explained all aspects of the proposed installation to me carefully and comprehensively. On the day itself, Steve installed the system with consummate professionalism. He was also more than happy to explain everything he'd done and to answer any outstanding queries that I had. Beyond happy with the results.

An absolutely FANTASTIC company to deal with. I’ve had my Harveys softener for 5 or 6 years now without any issues. I noticed that the softener wasn’t regenerating this week, and noticed that the kettle had a little scale. Therefore, I contacted UK Water Softeners yesterday (Easter Sunday), and explained the situation. Andrew came back to me within an hour or two, and asked if I’d recently had any plumbing undertaken. I explained that I had had a dishwasher removed a week ago. He informed me that he could arrange for a plumber to call and sort out any issues, but before I did so, to send him photos of the plumbing. This I did, and he came back really quickly and informed me that one of the softener valves had been turned off, which is why my softener wasn’t working. Thanks to his wonderful advice, I turned the valve back on and “hey-presto”, within three or four hours I could hear the softener regenerating as per normal. It’s wonderful to deal with such a wonderful, friendly, trustworthy & professional company. Most companies would have simply arranged for a plumber to call with a charge out fee just to look at the problem. I have always thought this company was brilliant. When I purchased the softener originally, Kevin offered a first class service, and that ethos has obviously continued. They are also incredibly efficient when I order my salt blocks. Thank you Andrew for your wonderful advice. I reiterate, that all of this wonderful efficient advice & help was carried out on Easter Sunday. That is what you call EXEMPLARY service!!! Great experience from start to finish. Sarah helped provide the quote and answered any questions I had. Pete was my installer who did a great job in the 4 hours he was at the house. All of this was done within 1 week of first contact. Super happy and thoroughly recommended!

Sarah came to quote and plan the install. She was very informative with the various options and flexible with throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend UK water softeners highly enough- This is the way to run a business. We had limited space in our kitchen cupboard & Sarah showed my husband the actual product in the cupboard & reassured us of the most suitable softener for our house. She was always responsive & quoted us over £500 less than Harvey’s. The softener was installed by a lovely plumber 2 days later who took great care in our house. They even registered our product for its warranty. We couldn’t have had a better experience for a reasonable price. Thank you! ☺️
