The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

From the first phone call and then Sarah who visited us, I knew we were in great hands! Firstly Sarah didn’t give it the hard sell which is the same as I run my company. Then was competitively priced. Then there’s the fact they are a family run local business who have been going for years. You have to support your local companies where you can and they just haven’t disappointed me in any way whatsoever. Shout out to Steve too, he was punctual, got on with the job and only had two cups of coffee! Neat finish, quick run through and we are done. Why can’t all experiences be like this!!

I have been a customer since 2009 when I bought my first water softener. This softener served us well for 15 years and then started making a high-pitched noise. Very helpful staff advised me over the phone how to stop the noise. Plumber, Carl, contacted me in good time and replaced the worn out softener with a new one without any mess or hard sell. On another note, purchasing block salt from UK Water Softeners is easy and delivery is very prompt. Great customer service.

Sarah came out to my house to offer my options and a reasonable quote, and the fitter came a few days later to install my new water softener, explain the workings, and took all the rubbish and my old unit away. Well explained and a very efficient and friendly service was provided from both. Would recommend.
