What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

We used this company recently when our water softener began giving us issues. Regeneration taking hours and wasting gallons of water. They attended promptly and diagnosed the issue. They explained the options and cost implications. We chose to have the softener refurbished. They completed this very quickly and at the price they quoted. Staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We needed to replace a leaking water softener and immediately after sending an enquiry Sarah was in contact and confirmed a date within days to provide a demo on three models. Such wonderful service from Andrew and Sarah! They are both so knowledgeable and thorough. We had previously asked 2 other companies for a quote and they had told us it would be impossible due our house renovation. But Andrew made it possible for us, he was thorough and explained exactly how it could be done. No fuss at all.
