The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. The installer arrived on time and was honest in the appraisal about the condition of our existing water softener. He gave me a price there and then to install a new machine, and completed the work within the time period he had said. No fuss, no mess. Thank you.
What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

Ordered an under sink water filter replacement cartridge. Unfortunately it was the wrong one, my fault for choosing the wrong one. Despite the company having to order it direct from the suppliers to send to me, before sending it to me, they were happy to accept it back without charging me . Excellent customer service and care

We had our water softener supplied and installed several years ago by UK water softeners and since then recommended them to friends and family. They provide an excellent service from initial enquiry to installation and ongoing support. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Well what can I say, from the moment Sarah walked through the door, I knew we were in safe hands! Just the best level of service and quality of product in the water softening business! Steve’s handiwork and attention to detail fitting the system, including the beautiful three-way tap, was faultless - sheer perfection! We are so happy - thank you Sarah and Steve. Great local company! Sarah surveyed my requirements and arranged installation within the next day. Installed by Pete who was very professional in technical execution and pleasant demeanor. He explained how the softener works and everything else I need to know about its upkeep. Installation completed within the agreed timeframe despite pipework needing modification. He left the installation site tidy and clean. Within a few days after, Andrew (Service/Installations) got in touch to advise me of my salt order being underway; delivered by another pleasant gentleman. The whole order-install-aftersales experience was really exceptionally impressive. Again, great local company!

Recently we have had a new kitchen and ground floor wet room - our old softener was almost 20yrs old so well past it’s use by date. On calling UK Water Softeners - Sarah came out and explained the different options on filtration and drinking tap. On day of fitting their fitter ( Pete ) worked very well with our builder and the install was done in little over a hour. UK were up front about buying salt and said although competitive we could buy else where if cheaper. We will of course turn to them for filters and breakdown - all in all a very nice company to deal with.

Fantastic service phoned at 9 am had a reply straightaway. Had a great guy Carl Galvin the plumber arrived at lunch time . Water softener needed replacing which was done . Was given option of refurb but as the softener was 12 years old opted for new replacement. All completed by 2pm what a service . If the rest of the country worked like this company does we would not have the problems we have now . Great company and great staff thank you

Really pleased with the service from Sarah replying to our original enquiry followed by her home survey, to Steve and Andrew coming to fit the softener a week later. Helpful and professional, came recommended by our Neighbours. We would recommend them again.
