Great local company
Great local company! Sarah surveyed my requirements and arranged installation within the next day. Installed by Pete who was very professional in technical execution and pleasant demeanor. He explained how the softener works and everything else I need to know about its upkeep. Installation completed within the agreed timeframe despite pipework needing modification. He left the installation site tidy and clean. Within a few days after, Andrew (Service/Installations) got in touch to advise me of my salt order being underway; delivered by another pleasant gentleman. The whole order-install-aftersales experience was really exceptionally impressive. Again, great local company!
