The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. The installer arrived on time and was honest in the appraisal about the condition of our existing water softener. He gave me a price there and then to install a new machine, and completed the work within the time period he had said. No fuss, no mess. Thank you.
What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

Excellent service! I recently relocated to this area with my Harvey water softener. I have been looking for a local installer to reinstall my kit. From quote to install it all happened within a week! Sarah's quote was clear and detailed, Steve who came to install my softener has done a great job. They definitely know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them even if you have a 3rd party kit needing to reinstall within this area.

Highly recommend UK Water Softeners - from the initial online query, to installation and beyond the service has been efficient, timely, polite and friendly. Sarah was informative and explained all the options clearly when she came out to see us, and left us to review the options available with no pressure to order. She answered queries and even dealt with a last minute change from us the afternoon before installation brilliantly. Steve who carried out the installation was polite, clean, tidy and kept us informed of his progress and checked in with us on all our requirements before anything was completed. Since the installation last week, we've had contact to ensure everything is OK. Having the softened water has made such a difference already, so I'd thoroughly recommend one, and to use UK Water Softeners to supply, install and order salt from.

Firstly I had my water softener appliance checked and verified that it needed replacement following a call to their customer services. This visit was done promptly and another appointment was quickly scheduled to install the new water softener and to relocate the taps for easy access. The installation was carried out smoothly.

I can’t recommend UK water softeners enough. Sarah was really helpful and did not come across as a pushy sales person, like another water softener company that we had asked to provide a quote. Pete, the installer was brilliant. He went over and above to fix a small issue (stopcock had seized)
