Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Happy to take your money but forget the…

Happy to take your money but forget the after sales. Bed ordered 2024, delivery 17th December, delivery drivers where not informed the bed was to be built & as we were the last job of the day slung it together. No time for checks as they weren't for hanging around, later discovered headboard is slightly faulty as pattern not straight, informed sales department and waited!! After contacting again got told they would have to contact there suppliers?funny as told by salesman they are a family firm & build all in house! Finally got sent a what's app video how to tighten headboard & also informed rubber stoppers not fitted but they would send these out. Still no clue where rubber things to go as they've never got back to me & still have a wonky headboard. Such a awful shame as waited years for one of these beds, will certainly not be recommended this firm.

Fantastic Company

Can't praise this company enough. Ordering process couldn't be simpler, lots of communication throughout, polite and pleasant delivery team arrived promptly, took their shoes off and built my bed in quick time. I'm now enjoying my new product and will order again for my son.

APPALLING

Leaving another review as this company continue to tell lies! We wrote honest reviews and they reply to the reviews with outright lies because they know we cannot reply to their reply. We bought the bed 18 months ago (not 3 years!) and it arrived with one of the legs broken. I messaged and they said they'd send a replacement - which I'm STILL waiting for. I kept asking for 3 months and they just ghosted me. Then after a year of ownership, one of the hinges broke (poor quality). My partner contacted them and they said they'd send a replacement- great. But despite providing the correct address, they sent it to the wrong one. We then contacted again, they said they'd send another but of course they didn't. We've been trying for FOUR months to get a replacement hinge but they either send incredibly unprofessional messages (we have screenshots), which they then deleted afterwards! Or they ignore us altogether. The most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with.

I bought a second bed from this company and it is amazing as always. First bed that I bought a couple of years ago was for my son. It is a basic bed with the buttons on side and no problems with it at all ❤️ Second bed that I bought recently is Stanford 5.1 and OMG I love it. The sound system is amazing 🤩 Solid base makes a difference. I am never going back to slats. Delivery and installation was very quick. Installation team was extremely professional, in and out within an hour. Took all the boxes away. It is a shame that I can’t attach the photos on Trustpilot. I absolutely love my New TVBed. Thank you TVBed staff for showing me this bed in the showroom and helping me again with every step of the way.

Please avoid using this unprofessional company

The worst customer service that I have dealt with! Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I have been waiting 3 months for a hinge which I was told would be sent out. After unprofessional messages from them on WhatsApp, they have stopped replying and I’m still yet to receive the replacement product that they said would be sent out.

We won't be back because the bed is too good!

From the moment we walked in the shop we loved the whole experience. We bought the super king stanford and M10 mattress. The staff were so friendly and chatty, we even enjoyed cuddles with the dog. We did not know exactly when we would need the bed delivering but the staff were so helpful and accommodating in keeping the bed till we were ready. We were given choice based on value and need rather than pushy sales to get us to buy the most expensive items. The delivery was effortless and sorted in less that one week. Two guys came and were friendly, efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor bit of damage but the sales staff were so helpful in sorting this. The free dressing gown and beddies where the icing on the cake for this beyond luxury bed. I have never slept so well. I would shop here again but I cant see us every changing this bed it is that amazing. We cant thank you guys enough!

Excellent value for money and superb customer service.

We have bought 2 beds from TV Bed- and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Despite our last purchase being a little while ago, I recently contacted them about procuring an accessory for our first bed-the staff were brilliant and so helpful. Value wise, the prices cannot be beaten. Furniture stores clearly add a significant amount onto the cost making them seem expensive, whereas TV Bed charge an affordable realistic price- that doesn’t mean the quality is not as good, far from it! Our first bed is 5 years old and still looks as good as the first day we we bought it. We have just upgraded to a superking mattress and are looking at buying our third TV bed. Definitely a 5 star company.
