Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the…

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Atom 11 Tv bed with ottaman

I was looking at TV beds and found this company to be very reasonable so went for it . I ordered the Atom II Ottoman Storage TV Bed and opted for installation . I new the bed i had chosen was on back order. As soon as it arrived in stock , the courier company sent me a link to pick a delivery date that suited me. I was notified the day before of the time they would be arriving. The installation guys were brilliant. They were polite showed how everything worked and took all th packaging away with them. I did notice the next day the Tv switch on one side was not working .Customer service team were first class sent a new part out immediately and was received the next day!. They were prepared to do a video call with me to install,however it was so simple i did it myself. The team checked up with me again that day to make sure everything was working ok. I wish all companies gave such a great customer experience . Loving my new TV bed and would highly recommend TVbed.co.uk to anyone looking to purchase a TV bed . Have stored so much in the ottaman its great .

Absolutely brilliant bed

Absolutely brilliant bed, easy to put together and the TV part was a doddle. My daughter is thrilled. I would perhaps use their installation service for the ottoman version but the standard was easy. All-round top service, thank you.

Top quality bed company!!!

Ordered the bed after so many to choose from. Had fantastic communication throughout the process, super friendly!. Bed arrived via their courier service and oh my what a service it was. The bed was erected in twenty minutes, gentleman were so polite and helpful. The quality of the bed is just fantastic! I am so taken back with how beautiful these beds are for the price, honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. Even had a courtesy call afterwards!!! This service is exceptional.

Superb Company - Superb Bed

Cannot fault this Company from ordering to delivery. The quality of bed is second to none and even came with the slats already assembled. Was easy to put together and will definitely be buying from them again. They followed up with courtesy call to see how things were. Don't get that very often. Five Stars easy. Donna Lear

Fantastic Service & Quality Bed

I’m really impressed with my purchase from TV Bed. The quality of the bed is excellent, and the price was around a third cheaper than similar options on the high street. I had a few queries about installation, so I gave them a call my call was answered in about 10 seconds, and I had my answer within a minute! The delivery process was smooth too. I received an email to book a delivery date that suited me, and on the day, I got a call an hour before they arrived. Everything was straightforward and stress-free. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with both the product and the service highly recommend!
