Happy to take your money but forget the after sales. Bed ordered 2024, delivery 17th December, delivery drivers where not informed the bed was to be built & as we were the last job of the day slung it together. No time for checks as they weren't for hanging around, later discovered headboard is slightly faulty as pattern not straight, informed sales department and waited!! After contacting again got told they would have to contact there suppliers?funny as told by salesman they are a family firm & build all in house! Finally got sent a what's app video how to tighten headboard & also informed rubber stoppers not fitted but they would send these out. Still no clue where rubber things to go as they've never got back to me & still have a wonky headboard. Such a awful shame as waited years for one of these beds, will certainly not be recommended this firm.
