Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the…

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great product. Highly recommend.mmendt was delivered…

I ordered my bed and it was delivered within 5 days. The men who delivered it were friendly and professional. They put covers on their shoes when in my house so as not to mark my carpet. I paid for them to put my bed together and they took all the pa kaging away with them too.

Super company

Excellent service right from ordering to the delivery and assembly guys and the courtesy call post delivery with the welcome offer to help set up the TV. The 5 year warranty is a bonus!

Fabulous Company!

Fabulous Company! Best customer service whilst buying and also follow-up. Great communications buying the bed which was a 21st Birthday gift for my Daughter. TV Beds helped ensure the bed was delivered on time and could not have been more helpful post delivery. Communications responded to quickly and with such a helpful manner (Rob in particular but whole team super helpful). I genuinely couldn't recommend TV Beds any higher - thank you for ALL your help. Our whole buying, delivery and after sales questions were easy and an all round great experience.

Once they have your money they are not…

Once they have your money they are not interested!!! After sales customer service is non existent. Our bed arrived with a missing bolt. After 4 attempts to get a replacement one posted, I am yet to receive it. Maybe instead of saying it’s been posted they could actually post one.

My Bed is beautiful I love it . It looks very expensive . And my sales lady at TV beds was a young lady called Maddie . She was very helpful and have no hesitation in if anyone needs help with tv bed ask for her. Good customer service 10 out of 10. And after sales also has be much appreciated/ I bought the Velvet Grey otterman Tv Bed . May I add I have looked at this companies beds for 3 year . But only now been able to afford it . And I have looked at many from other companies . Much more expensive, and mine is much more beautiful. Love it. Thank You Maddie . And TVBed Company

Cream Ottoman TV bed

I don’t usually write reviews but I thought why not today on the 9th of April 2025. I had ordered a Tv Bed then I was told to schedule a date for delivery I found Wednesday The 16th of April 2025 It was delivered on The 16th I was meant to get a fitted however there was no parking on my road and I was told on the term conditions there must be parking spaces however i didn’t receive an email for that so not it’s my fault otherwise I would’ve of been aware of it the night before. However, the two gentlemen up the bed to my allocated room, they had left it there and One of the gentleman had said come another day so have to contact Tv Bed after I rang at 9:30 am and they didn’t experience this issue before so I rang the delivery company. They said they’ll come on the 22nd of April 2025. Had waited all morning took the day off just for them to come however I called them And they said they weren’t coming as I’d have to pay For another delivery, even though it was for the fitting, which was not my fault if this was mentioned in my house It was a different story, but I was told after, however it was all fixed after and they came today (23rd April 2025. ) The two gentlemen had fixed my bed and TV as I bought the TV off Tv Bed I’m glad the issue was fixed and no further issues. Only issue was I had to wait an extra week, only for them to come back and put the bed up. Which was really disappointing but I’m glad everything was solved! Loving my bed so far my TV no issues at all I would recommend it as I know multiple people who have a Tv Bed the gentleman told me to keep the box for Warranty and showed a Demo on how to use the Bed. Thank you so much. (7th may 2025.) Thouvht I’d give a little update on the bed it’s been good so far. But when I change the tv to bbc iPlayer I have to press it three times otherwise all over apps are more than ok. Will try to contact you guys some time this week. Thank you

Excellent service with TV beds

Excellent service with TV beds! The bed is stunning and I paid extra for the installation which was 100% worth it! The two men that came to install, Adam and Kyle were really lovely. They were polite and professional and only took up to 1 hour to set the bed up. Before they left they showed me how to work the remotes on the bed for the tv and lighting and checked if I had any questions. When I struggled to put the ottoman part down myself once they had left (I was too scared to press on it and thought it was stuck). I called and spoke with Rob on the phone who was really helpful and assured me the bed wouldn't break if I pushed down on it. I did this while he stayed in the phone to me and it worked straight away! He then asked if I needed any help with anything else and explained the warranty. Excellent customer service and 100% would recommend using this company!

Swift delivery and quality installation

Swift delivery and installation, polite friendly and helpful staff purchasing and during installation, bed is excellent quality and colour is stunning. From purchasing to delivery was kept informed of any updates. Price is decent and well worth value for money. Aftercare phone call to check on bed and again provided with details for aftercare/warrantee etc. Highly recommend

Received my TVBed and it is perfect

Received my TVBed and it is perfect! lovely quality, easy to use and looks amazing in the room. Purchasing was easy, team available to answer any queries when choosing the right one. Delivery was in the time frame as they said and also easy to book in with delivery company. Whole experiece was seemless and easy, was delivered to room of choice and assembled which is great !
