Once they have your money they are not…

Once they have your money they are not interested!!! After sales customer service is non existent. Our bed arrived with a missing bolt. After 4 attempts to get a replacement one posted, I am yet to receive it. Maybe instead of saying it’s been posted they could actually post one.
