Cream Ottoman TV bed
I don’t usually write reviews but I thought why not today on the 9th of April 2025. I had ordered a Tv Bed then I was told to schedule a date for delivery I found Wednesday The 16th of April 2025 It was delivered on The 16th I was meant to get a fitted however there was no parking on my road and I was told on the term conditions there must be parking spaces however i didn’t receive an email for that so not it’s my fault otherwise I would’ve of been aware of it the night before. However, the two gentlemen up the bed to my allocated room, they had left it there and One of the gentleman had said come another day so have to contact Tv Bed after I rang at 9:30 am and they didn’t experience this issue before so I rang the delivery company. They said they’ll come on the 22nd of April 2025. Had waited all morning took the day off just for them to come however I called them And they said they weren’t coming as I’d have to pay For another delivery, even though it was for the fitting, which was not my fault if this was mentioned in my house It was a different story, but I was told after, however it was all fixed after and they came today (23rd April 2025. ) The two gentlemen had fixed my bed and TV as I bought the TV off Tv Bed I’m glad the issue was fixed and no further issues. Only issue was I had to wait an extra week, only for them to come back and put the bed up. Which was really disappointing but I’m glad everything was solved! Loving my bed so far my TV no issues at all I would recommend it as I know multiple people who have a Tv Bed the gentleman told me to keep the box for Warranty and showed a Demo on how to use the Bed. Thank you so much. (7th may 2025.) Thouvht I’d give a little update on the bed it’s been good so far. But when I change the tv to bbc iPlayer I have to press it three times otherwise all over apps are more than ok. Will try to contact you guys some time this week. Thank you
