Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the…

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Bed is great, but!

Bed is great, but! The cable trunking inside was damaged, called customer services and they said they've stopped putting it in so they wouldn't send a replacement and the delivery service was shockingly bad, what a let down for what is essentially a good quality product. Did get the delivery refunded, but I had to take a day off work to take the bed up 2 flights of stairs and put it together myself, which cost me more than I was refunded!

Amazing Service!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new TV Bed - Amazing service from start to finish! The team at TV Bed were so friendly and helpful when choosing the right bed for me. The delivery was smooth and the delivery team were very professional in taking the bed to my room of choice and assembling for me. The built in TV feature works perfectly and the bed itself is very stylish and comfortable! I highly recommend TVBed to anyone - cannot fault their service!

Technical service really helpful …

Needed to contact Tv beds today regarding a technical issue with the tv not coming up/going down straight away they talked me through the reset and it was sorted in minutes, really helpful.

Just amazing.

Ordered a Viola Ottoman Storage TVbed Natural Cream Fabric and it was delivered on time and with care. I was lucky to get it on good price with some discounts. The instalation and assembly's was easy. It fitted my 43 inch TV without problem and the lifting mechanism is working smooth. I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend.

Be careful!!

I have just had my ottoman storage bed delivered and installed. I love the bed and the installation was good. Except!! I ordered LED back lighting which when I checked the bed when I got back home. It wasn’t there!!! I contacted TV Bed who said the LED lights were sent out. They said they would sort it out. This followed my total radio silence! It’s always hard to buy something this expensive on line without seeing and it seems I should not have bought from this company!! Be warned!!!

Great Bed!

The bed was easy to order, I was updated throughout the delivery process. The delivery people were very nice, they were polite and chatty. They brought all the boxes in and put them where I asked. The bed is exactly what we wanted, it was fairly easy to build and the instructions were clear and easy to read. All the parts were there, and the bed looks great! I received a call after to confirm delivery went well, and received a further call regarding the warranty.
