Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Received an order via TP a month back, and have been getting spammed daily via text and phone calls regarding other people's orders (including their personal details) ever since. Clearly a GDPR breach at the very least. Remove my number from your system!

Access to my required drop off point is partially restricted, to the extent that even using the drop off crane was difficult. Travis Perkins helped me come up with a solution to get it all safely delivered, and without inconveniencing my neighbours. Lovely materials, and customer service was very helpful. Special respect to Andy “The Beard” who drove my order out twice to get it all unloaded and was brilliant the whole time

I just want to say how friendly and efficient the team at Kidderminster are. I have had many deliveries over the last few months, the goods have arrived in A1 condition, even the ply sheeting was protected. And as for the drivers, Steve gets a 5star rating, always willing to help and please.

After a whole day of waiting for the shipment, in the evening I received a message that it will be delivered the next day. Why give customers the opportunity to choose the day of delivery if no one cares anyway? Nobody even deigns to inform that the delivery will not be made on time. I hate stores that openly make fun of the customer. They have already received money and are satisfied and you have to wait because what more do you have left? My first and last purchase from this company.

I ordered timber decking boards, they arrived in a week. Was away so got signed by neighbour. Nearly half of decking boards were missing (26) in delivery but only found out 2 months after order. Company said I need to report it to the police, and they cannot to anything about it. I have to re-order to finish my project!
