Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Website stated in big ‘can’t miss it’ letters order before 7:30pm for next day delivery. So rather naively I did. Except that was on Tuesday and it’s now Friday evening and I still don’t have my order despite numerous emails and various assurances. Don’t bother.

I'm a new customer to travis perkins. not new to the building trade. tried them for price and service. very very happy . the branch in question was tunbridge wells and the guy there was grant. top customer service. a credit to your company, shame there are not more like him around. delivery on time with text messages on update. excellent all round. will be a returning customer

Found what I needed on website very easily,paid on line and received confirmation of order and delivery email within minutes. Phoned Tiverton on delivery day as builder turned up early and discussed option of builder collecting from depot.. Adviser checked if stock available in store as delivery due PM . As not yet loaded builder was able to go strait to the store and collect. All items ready when he arrived. Absolutely no problems in sorting things out and a very fast and friendly professional service received.

I work for places for people who have a national contract with travis Perkins we use the Hull branch on a daily basis sometimes two or three times, we have been allocated Jane Baines to look after our contract and all I can say is I have never come across anyone in this industry better at there job than Jane she is knowledgeable beyond belief and i quite honestly wouldn’t put it past her abilities to run this country better than it is been at the minute
