Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Minworth. Literally from door to door, the care homes access isn’t the best but Ricky did it with ease. Not at all tricky for Ricky.

Bag on from the start Crystal in the office and Andy the delivery driver at minworth Birmingham . Access was tight at birches primary school but Andy didn’t hesitate one bit under power cables and a very tight entrance. I had a great experience from this branch from the worksman Ashley, while the others did seem bothered about helping me , Ashley went out of his way. Top bloke and hope his bosses realise what an asset he is to the company. The rest where to comfortable sitting in a warm office . Not good . The site was in Woodley , Reading

The drive was a very experienced driver/operator the access to site is very tight with parents dropping off and collecting their children he negotiated the cars and tight turns with ease.

What a shame, went into my local shop to see if I could get some bullnose bricks. They were helpful and checked stock at the Mitcham branch and told me they had stock, after a 45 minute drive in the rain when I arrived I was told that they had stock. When I spoke to someone in the yard he took me to get them and load my car. Then came a bomb shell, they had no stock either so both sites computer systems were wrong and giving wrong information what a disappointment. It will make me think twice about using again.

The man in the yard at Sidcup branch he is such a rude guy, he approached me and ask me to speed up as I was on the phone with the contractor taking the order, but he was such an hurry for me to speed up, I personally I would avoid this branch the guy in the yard is so rude avoid avoid, after that I have just left the branch as I don’t really need that in the morning, I am a costumer and I bring business to Travis not to be treated like an animal,

Can't recommend this company highly enough. I always walk out of B&Q feeling like I've been robbed blind. I walk out of Travis Perkins not quite believing just how little my purchases cost. The delivery driver - Chris, working from the Ashford Branch, went well beyond the call of duty to get my bulk bags exactly where I needed them. Very pleased.
