Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Really appreciate the guys at Sutton road. Had tool hire there recently and Matt was absolutely amazing. Really informative and really helpful in getting the bits I needed with an excellent turn around time. Great service from tool hire as well as building materials. Delivery service was fast and managed to squeeze me in amongst a very busy schedule to not delay project any further. Matt and his team are very helpful regarding tool hire, we will definitely use for all future services.

Simple order. Two bulk bags of a specific item. Informed of delivery date, which was fine. Delivery day came along. No delivery, and no call to let me know that there was a delay. Now I don't mind waiting, if I'm alerted, in time. It's not hard to let customers know. Apparently the (one and only) delivery driver is on a course for the next few days so I'll be waiting another week before I get my stuff. Poor service, I'll be trying elsewhere in the future.

Order for large timber boards placed online on June 14th and opted for local delivery yesterday, Tuesday 17th. This was to be from our local branch, NORTH WALSHAM, less than 1 mile away. On the booked day no delivery and no communication to explain why. Phoning the branch this morning we are told "trouble with lorry" and cannot advise when delivery might be possible! Totally usefuless ! Project had to be postponed and we will in future be looking to WICKES or B&Q for DIY building supplies. Though local to us Travis Perkins, North Walsham were totally useless. Just a phone call would have saved much of this hassle. Avoid this branch and possibly all Travis Perkins branches.

Used TP again- always a great service from the Portsmouth branch. So easy to deal with. From a women’s point of view, the drivers are always professional and courteous. Our driver, Clint, could not have been more helpful.

I’ve been a credit customer for a number of years, never really had an issue till I noticed fraudulent activity on my account. I was the only person authorised to obtain goods on my account so I had to tell them my password before I got materials. I thought my account would be safe that way. How wrong was I! I was told by an employee or there’s that there system was new and safer and I would need a password anymore. I had items not mine added to my to the tune of nearly £700, I raised the issue with management, they were no help so I reached out to customer relations, they provided signatures that didn’t match mine, I said well they are not my signatures how can you expect me to pay for items that aren’t mine. With no help whatsoever i decided not to pay. Now they have handed my account to a debt collector! Avoid people or the same could happen to you. The branch I used was the one in Blyth, Northumberland.
