Why can't you just call to say it's going to be late!!
Simple order. Two bulk bags of a specific item. Informed of delivery date, which was fine. Delivery day came along. No delivery, and no call to let me know that there was a delay. Now I don't mind waiting, if I'm alerted, in time. It's not hard to let customers know. Apparently the (one and only) delivery driver is on a course for the next few days so I'll be waiting another week before I get my stuff. Poor service, I'll be trying elsewhere in the future.
