I’ve been a credit customer for a number of years, never really had an issue till I noticed fraudulent activity on my account. I was the only person authorised to obtain goods on my account so I had to tell them my password before I got materials. I thought my account would be safe that way. How wrong was I! I was told by an employee or there’s that there system was new and safer and I would need a password anymore. I had items not mine added to my to the tune of nearly £700, I raised the issue with management, they were no help so I reached out to customer relations, they provided signatures that didn’t match mine, I said well they are not my signatures how can you expect me to pay for items that aren’t mine. With no help whatsoever i decided not to pay. Now they have handed my account to a debt collector! Avoid people or the same could happen to you. The branch I used was the one in Blyth, Northumberland.
