THEY LIE ABOUT LOW PRICES
Came in with the best price for a long haul flight, so booked. Got a call some hours later from an offshore call centre saying they are refunding the flight because they couldn't honour the price. DON'T ADVERTISE THE PRICE IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT. Edit re Travel Trolley's response: No, your ONE JOB is to have accurate and current prices for flights. What even is your purpose otherwise? Will never use again and am telling others not to as well.
