I didn’t and still haven’t received an e-ticket for my booking. When I called the customer service after 48hrs of booking the ticket and not receiving the e-ticket, the customer service rep was not only impolite, but also couldn’t manage to share the e-tickets with me. She eventually shared the airline booking ref with me to confirm directly with the flight operator. Lastly, I asked here about the refund terms to which the answer was rude and vague. Not a service I am going to use in the future.
