Norman called re our booking

Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Appalling service!!!

Appalling service!!! Booked online went to pay, they declined my card and when I went to book again they wanted an additional £300. 5 days later I receive a confirmation from the airline who told me that Southall travel reserved my seats. When I call them back they deny they have 4 seats reserved in my name although I have a booking reference number but they are willing to issue me my tickets for an additional £1400!!!! I spoke to Priya who told there is nothing I can do. Still waiting for a manager to call back. The reply is absolute rubbish as I sent them my phone number and email address over a week ago!!! If you read all there review and Southall travel their sister they all mirror my complaint!

Awful company

Awful company, they could have hired polite upbeat agents but they chose dull unhelpful ones instead, make sure you read terms and conditions they don’t allow you to cancel your flight even if you have over 6 months left and they charge £100 each person on top of any surcharges money grabbing company, I just realised they tell people different prices while reading reviews some being charged £80 some £60 why are they doing this, and here’s my reservation number S7LVPK. Also the man I spoke with was very rude. then he asked can he help me anything else when he hadn’t helped me in the first place, checked t&c says £60 so they definitely just say what they like to you on the phone

Purchased ticket for one price and got a quick email with another price while my original purchase was being purchased

I purchased a ticket for one price and then got an email for another price seconds after. I clicked on same day refund for £9.99 and for my baggage but the website didn't recognise it apparently. I called them and tried to cancel and they said I can add baggage for £200 but on website said £80, they then said it hadn't recorded me pressing the same day refund button. So while talking they said £100 to cancel and then later said £150 to cancel, after arguing he came back and said £105. This company is a rip off yiu are better off going to an official website. Stay far away cause the price advertised is not what you will pay.

Oliver in travel trolley was really helpful when I had to make a change in a non-flexi ticket. He provided an excellent service by giving multiple options for us to choose the right flight. We have made booking with travel trolley we booked 4 ticket for pakistan made payment after 3 hours they ring us and said your seat or no more available we will refund you after 72 hours which is not good if you need go urgently you have wait 3 days your own money to come
