Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Not as good as it seems

Booked 4 flights through Travel Trolley as they were slightly cheaper than alternative companies. Got a call the following day to say the flights haven't been confirmed and can I change my dates (i can't!). I asked for a refund. Due to this messing around I missed out on the cheaper flight deals elsewhere. The problem is that they take your money without confirmation of your flights then you're left in limbo as to if you got a seat or not! Call centre is not in the UK and very difficult to understand. And to top it off instead of giving me a refund it looks like they charged me a second time! Thankfully it's on a credit card. My advice, pay a little extra and don't use this company.

Terrible experience

I booked a return flight to Spain. They gave me the reservation number and said it could take up to 48 hours for me to get the E-Ticket. About 10 minutes later they called me to say the airline company didn't have the seat at the equated price anymore and I'd be refunded within 72 hours. Thing is, straight away I managed to get a booking in the same flight from another company, just for £8 more. Travel Trolley never offered me the option of getting the flight for a few quid more. If I'd not had some spare funds, I'd would not have been able to pay for the flight as the refund takes so long. I will never use this outfit again and cannot recommend it.

Don't waste your time and money

Booked a flight with Travel Trolley because it was much cheaper - only to get an email a few hours later letting me know that there are no flights but they have still taken the money. Now I need to book new flights, at a higher price, and without the money that was allocated for my holiday, because it is still with Travel Trolley.

Booked a ticket on travel trolley for 4…

Booked a ticket on travel trolley for 4 of us, 9 months in advance. Travel trolley charged my card for booking. Few hours later, they sent an email saying, booking cancelled due to unavailability of seats. Why did they book it in the first place. Please be aware that their online booking system is not live. It is just like a booking request form that you fill. It doesn't guarantee anything. Please do not waste time on this portal.

I am appalled

I am appalled. Wanted to amend a booking. The call handler said that British airways wanted to charge me an additional £394ish to do so. I asked Viren if it was possible to speak directly to British Airways. Viren wouldn’t give me their number. After googling, I found the number and called to be told I wasn’t authorised to speak to them regarding my own booking. Called Viren back who as a telephone handler was extremely unprofessional. On ending the call he responded to my goodbye in a derogatory tone which left me in tears. When I called back and spoke to April about making a complaint, she made it very difficult but gave me an email address. All I want to do is amend a booking without having to pay for a whole new flight. It was a surprise gift for my mum to visit her birth island
