CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

I could not check in online and obtain a boarding pass, and that is why I missed the plane with no refund. whereas if you book with the airline direct you can check in online.

Booked tickets through the website, paid all transactions went through then 12 hours later got an email to say my flight was not confirmed, I will get the refund back. Really disappointed at this because the price has increased +£250 so I would never use this company again after this awful experience.

I made a booking and then my circumstances changed about 10 minutes later, so I rang to cancel the booking and was charged 105 pounds per person to cancel, so had to pay 210 for nothing. What a bunch of crooks. The first woman hung up on my because I did not understand her bad English accent, the second guy was rude as hell. Avoid this company, a bunch of crooks.

Very very very bad experience flight late in London 3 hours 30 minutes. London to Doha. Very very very bad service flight late from Doha to Pakistan 14 hours 50 minute. I will never buy tickets in my lift
