CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

During the process of completing the paying stage which was not going through via the TravelTrolley, you having to end up calling the number provided (Southall Travel) etc and being told that the price differ to the quoted original price on the web-site.
