Will always use TID now
Always have travel insurance when I travel overseas but never have had to make a claim. This time I fell sick in Bali Indonesia called the 24hour help line and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I needed to pay for my medical treatment up front and once back home in Australia submitted my claim, which was approved within a few days and a reimbursement provided. Throughout the trip TID was kept in the loop of my progress and they were also checking my progress to via emails. Very happy I had TID and how the process has been handled. Thank you
