Quick, easy and efficient claims process
It was a simple process. I made a phone call to a very friendly and helpful representative who informed me of which sections in the form I needed to complete. I sent off the forms as was advised with supporting documents and in just over a week my claim was assessed and an outcome was determined. I was kept informed of how my claim was progressing numerous times and I was given a contact for any questions I had. Perfect!
