Great price and hassle free claim
My husband and I required medical attention whilst on holiday in Thailand in October 2016. We paid the bill ourselves and then when we got back to Australia submitted a claim for reimbursement via TID. Although, there was an issue in uploading the documentation , which I think was a computer glitch, I went back a while later and it worked successfully. The claim was approved within days. We use TID for all our trips - overseas and for cruising. Highly recommend.
