I believe for the amount I paid I also got a great service. Even though there are some issues with one of my claims due to overseas disagreements with companies involved, the consultant looking after my case, Nicole, immediately called me and apologised for any inconvenience, which I appreciated. That stuff is out of my control and they've assured they're taking care of it. I know I can contact them whenever about my claim and will get a prompt response.
