Placed an order this evening only to have it cancelled on the false pretence that I had put in a cancellation request myself. Appalling service.

The website is a scam. After I have asked for a refund. They have blocked my access on the website. Now I do not know if my refund will go through. I have contacted support the first time to inquire a... See more

What's the point in taking money for preorders and then not bother fulfilling for release date specified on the website? Avoid.

I don't appreciate how this company have dealt with pokemon TCG products. There are smaller companies that are managing to sell new products at a normal price, yet total cards are often charging more... See more

Preordered a Pokemon Product and waited for 5 months for release. Never arrived so checked in a week later and they said it was in the process of being refunded. They sent me 1 out of the 10 case product I ordered. Promised a refund that took over a month to return to me. Rubbish, Rubbish Company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go to Chaos cards or Magic madhouse, much better companies.
First time ordering with Total Cards. I ordered the Journey Together Booster Box. Shipping was great, packaging was great and I pulled some great cards! No complaints here. Can’t wait to hopefully get some Destined Rivals!
Do not go to this shop. The experience I had is a joke and I wish I never started with them. They make promises regarding stock and then sell it all on whatnot. They refuse customers to purchase stock at various times and make up silly rules. No manager is ever available to speak to when you need further help. Plus the turnover of staff is ridiculous which says it all.
Spent £5500 with them, got 555k reward points and mythic tier (you'd think they want to help good sized buyers) as they've had next to no stock in sealed english packs, they've devalued my points by 33% because i didn't spend them within 30 days.... There' s been no stock to spend them on!! Even as of today 31.03.25, all 5 featured sets on the website have Zero stock for me to be able to use points. Ryan in customer service was useless, better off shopping elsewhere for loyalty.
So Ive preordered an ETB and the release date is today and Ive had not dispatch email, and nothing has turned up. My partner ordered one for herself which has turned up, as the website states one per customer. Email them to ask whats going and this is what i get back. "I will look into this, as I know that the team are working through duplicate orders from people who have used the same billing address or shipping address. I know that there was a limit of 1 per household so this might be the case" I have no idea where this "1 per household" has come from as I can go on the website now and it states one per customer. T&C's state limitations on products are on the product page which is one per customer. Dont think their allowed to change what the limitations are on release day, goes against their terms and conditions.
I've pre-ordered from Total Cards a couple of times now. My expectation when I pre-order from anywhere, is that stock arrives in their warehouse before launch, they box it up and post it with the aim of it arriving with me on launch day. I only expect to be contacted if there's a delay, or when my items are dispatched. Every time I've pre-ordered from Total Cards, I get radio silence for several days post launch at which point I'm then forced to email them reminding them that my pre-order exists, I then get an automated dispatch notification later that day and receive my items a few days later. I've got a pre-order in right now, launch day is today, and guess how many updates I've got in my inbox? None. Guess how many boxes of cards are on my doorstep, that's right, also none. It is not my job to keep reminding you that my order exists, and after this it won't matter, because I'll be buying elsewhere. EDIT: I see Ryan below is perfectly capable of typing up a detailed description of why my order isn't here, in a Trustpilot review. Maybe Ryan could put those skills to use emailing his customers, before we have to resort to leaving 1 star reviews and taking our business elsewhere?
Ordered 4 prismatic booster bundles when there was no limit on how many to order. They kept my money for months and when it was release day they only sent me 1 and refunded me for the other 3. Saying only 1 per person. They didn't uphold the original agreement for which I paid. Absolutely terrible site. Not trusted anymore.
Ordered 16x boosters, received 15 but didnt want to make a fuss over 1 pack as i was happy enough to get them seeing as they are not a standard release, I then wasnt notified of product releases after signing up for them, then started getting notifications at random hours telling me that products have come back in stock, emailed them to explain this, got an “apology” 4 nights on the trot at 3 -4am ive had email notifications that were false. They do t seem interested in customer service and have cancelled a lot of preorders at rrp in order to then sell on whatnot at an inflated price, they have essentially become scalpers and try to justify it with a store front,
Don’t ever leave reviews but thought I needed to with this. I pre ordered prismatic evolution booster bundle last November limit was 20 per order. Today I have just been told I would only be getting 1 because that was the limit per customer, but that wasn’t the case in November funny that the now they are worth more than double that they’ve done this. I’ve essentially gave them a £500 loan for 5 and half months interest free now think how many other people this has happened too. The worst thing is I had to chase this up myself to see what was happening with the order to then be told 10 days after scheduled release date and on the second time of contacting them this was 1 limit per customer and would be getting a refund for the rest, told them cancel full order . I hope when the Pokemon boom dies down, which it will people remember the ones who pulled these types of stunts under the guise of ‘distribution issues’ but have no issues with stock when fleecing consumers on platforms such as Whatnot.
Shameless company canceling pre-orders because they need the stock so they can scalp customers at inflated prices on their live stream. Hard avoid.
Meant to be a reputable company but is scalping Pokemon products even in the preorders. Ridiculous
Don’t waste your time. I placed an order on the 27th hoping to secure the 3 Promo cards, I emailed afterwards just to confirm if my order would include the 3 promo cards they had advertised when you spend £100 or more. Ryan is pretty useless and isn’t willing to find out, the customer service is shocking. How hard could it have been for him to give me a yes or no, I would have still followed through with my order regardless. I just wanted to know if I’d receive the promos or not so I could secure them from other sites if need be! On 2 occasions I asked Ryan to see if my order would include them and both times his response was “Unfortunately, as I am part of the support team, I don’t handle this directly” Surely you can find out? Surely you all work in the same building? Surely you can ask the question? Lazy customer service! Order cancelled and customer now lost.
Seems like they're focusing more of selling product on Whatnot at above RRP than selling through their website. Price gouging at its most basic. Prismatic Evolutions listed as out of stock on the website yet selling packs at 2.5x RRP on stream
EXPECT LONG DELAYS (Products are on Back order) Not clearly displayed that products are on back order and not in warehouse when you buy them. Had to wait 3 months for my product and when I asked for compensation due to the delay they just cancelled my order and provided a refund of the origional price. This is just stupid when you consider the product is now 3x the price on the secondary market and that supposedly buying these products in November would guarantee the gifts arive by christmas. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS if you need them by a certain deadline or as a gift. No guarantee of timeline and completely reliant on their supposedly extremely slow suppliers.
Horrable, absolute disaster, unbelivably slow. I have purchased items from this shop many times and it just gets worse and worse as time goes on. No extra stickers anymore, no good communication and devastatingly long delays for delivery. 2 days delivery? How about an almost whole month of waiting for 2 pack sleeves that were 'being waited on backorders' just to delay my whole order of items over 20 pounds, 3 different emails of me asking them what's the reason for that delay and them sending me the same copy-pasted answer, just to make me change the order for items they have on stock for little bit less than the amount I paid, not accepting to return my money back aaaand not even giving me any extra booster or extra card sleeve pack or a sticker or a grain of rice for that matter (not to mention that I didn't pulled anything good). Absolute horse crap site, I will never buy again and believe that they owe me money for all my waiting and delay they caused. Liars and unreliable service. Search for a different site
They're scalpers with a shop. 10 days after Prismatic Evolutions releases they've got booster packs up for £9.95, presumably ripped from boxes that should've been sold to customers at RRP. Scum of the earth, genuinely the worst TCG shop I've ever dealt with.
I ordered an "in stock" skeledirge premium collection and a paldean fates tin for Black Friday (way back in Nov 2024). I have been told many times they are "expecting stock in", but have had to chase constantly. No attempt at a resolution and Ryan in customer care stops replying as soon as you refuse store credit or to wait. My product still shows as in stock for in store pickup, so why can't they fulfill the order? Still awaiting a response to that question or a refund. I'd be willing to change this review to reflect their actions should there be any.
I along with many others had a delayed Surging Sparks order having ordered 6 booster boxes on 2nd October (a month before release) and eventually receiving a week ago. Although incredibly frustrating, I can’t fault the customer service from Ryan, responding to emails in good time even though there were little updates available. I have bought from Total Cards many times before and always had a good experience with them and so kept my pre order active. All in all other than being delayed, which was out of their control, my order was not cancelled and it arrived at the price original paid for it (under £100 a box) although market price had rocketed. Essentially doing what they should do, in an environment where many others are not.
With the current demand situation with prismatic evolution, this company is showing out of stock on their site, Yet are using stock to sell on a live platform called what not for double/triple the amount. Terrible exploitation from a business

Total Cards receives a predominantly negative reception from customers, with many expressing frustration over order fulfillment and pricing practices. Reviewers frequently complain about delays in order processing, with some noting that items are shipped later than promised, leading to dissatisfaction. Additionally, there are concerns about inflated prices, with customers feeling that they could find better deals elsewhere, including from scalpers. While some positive feedback highlights the excellent customer service provided by staff like Ryan, who is praised for his helpfulness, these instances are overshadowed by the overall negative experiences shared. Customers also report issues with non-returnable products and a lack of transparency regarding terms and conditions.
