I uses gamstop 9 years ago after 5 years tombola reopened my account as been taking my money for 4 years until 2 weeks I was allowed a 2 pound bonus but the email didn't work. Why I was on i noticed I needed to do change of address. Next my account was blocked because of other sites that wouldn't reopen so unfair.

Won a jackpot near beginning of year fair enough. But cant seem to win anything since like its trying to take all winnings back since I last won. Keep suspending account regularly to take breaks. Lowered my deposit limits. A lot of the winners seem to win regularly. Reading other reviews and a lot saying the same its gone down hill since the take over. Used to be able to play with £10 and make it last all day before flutter entertainment took over. Doesn't matter what stake im on any more weather that be 5p or all way upto £2 all it wants to do os take off me. I did used to enjoy the site but not any more hence regular breaks and lowering limits but every time im try again its always the same. If im lucky enough I might get a £30 win i dont play to win £30 off £10 but whats point in banking it play to win big. I know its possible but once you do all it does is take for a long time after. In my honest opinion dont waste your time or money its not worth it at the low stakes anymore. To summerise a lot of same winners doesn't matter what stake you're at and when you win big all it does is take it back even if its for months afterwards. Dont want a reply from the company ive read their replies to others and always same got highest rtp around. Some rubbish about list of winners on pages and try different stakes. Try lowing deposit limit, they encourage to bank even if its a little win. All tried and tested and its a load of bull.

I do like all the variety of games, there is loads more on Tombola than all the other bingo sites on the internet, but can never even win a share of a line, i buy max tix every game in Bingo Light and every game ends with 3/4 tg yet you see same winners names coming on you're screen every game/other game, you would think with max tix you would at least get passed 4tg but nope. host's tell you to try fewer tix, but you still get the same tix whether you buy 20 or 40, so if you can't win with 40 you have no chance with 20.

I am absolute appalled by the service of tombola, I recently changed my address online and cause I had personal excluded myself back in 2021 they put a block on all my accounts associated with them. Thankfully the other companies helped within 2 days and accounts was unlocked. I have been trying to unlock my account for weeks and they keep saying I will get someone to call me back. Absolutely disgusted to hear when I called today 20/11/25 yes just tried and there busy I will get them to call you, my response was I have called around 16 times to get a response well they tried you once. Fuming I said yes get them to call me please but I am not happy, she then decided to hang up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer services, just fob you off and not interested in helping what so ever. Talk about pass the buck if they cannot help. Worst customer service from any gambling company.

I’ve been using Tombola Bingo for a while now, and honestly, it’s been pretty disappointing. No matter how many games I join, it feels like I never win anything. The same names seem to pop up as winners over and over, while I’m just watching my balance drop. It really takes the fun out of it. The app itself works fine and the game selection is good, but what’s the point when you rarely get anything back? Even small wins are hard to come by. It ends up feeling more frustrating than enjoyable, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re hoping for regular wins or even the occasional bit of luck.

I wrote a review not long ago, and the same won nothing so this is a follow up of my last review. Played bingo 50p £1 £2 always the same next door numbers. I’ve never won a line never-mind a house. You’ve either very lucky or like me not. Anyway I gave it a good run and time to close. What make’s me laugh they remind you of safer gambling when you’re playing for an hour then sending you messages to entice you to play!

Tombola customer service closed down my livechat twice and they have never, repeat never responded to my email enquiry. I've still got £13ish in my account, unable to top-up, and unable to withdraw!

Honestly the bonus rounds are terrible. I spent £64 at 50p a spin on the Christmas fruit machine to get the bonus feature and it paid 80p in the feature! Then swallowed another £20. Closed the account immediately after. Avoid.
