Great service, nothing was a problem for the staff. They guided and helped me buy the correct items for the job I had to do. The Rustington Branch is excellent with great friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff .

Easy to navigate web site, well laid out. Very competitive prices on a vast selection of items. Click and collect is a great way to shop and pay. Then collection from the store is so straight forward. Store staff are always friendly and helpful, also very knowledgable when you need advise. Well done Toolstation Moulton Park.

I can put my hand on my heart and state that my hands are washed with this company due to 2 poor experiences at 2 different stores within the same week. One of these experiences has left me emotionally scarred and stressed. 1st experience was in the Shrewsbury store where I tapped on the door at 7.01am as I was in a rush and they were running behind to open. Upon opening I got told off by the manager for knocking on the glass! At this point I hit record on my phone and an argument broke out because I was waiting outside the doors and thr manager did not appreciate it and called me a window licker...π² inside the store her colleague called me a fat t**t! This is the experience that has mentally affected me as I am so conscious that I am overweight...π₯Ή. All of this was recorded and head office are on it...although this was nearly 2 weeks ago and I am none the wiser. Clearly I boycotted this store but stayed loyal to the brand. I needed an item so I did a click and collect for the Cannock store...big mistake! Upon entry 1 person in front of me and 1 person serving him, no acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever. His ignorance and rude behaviour kept on for over 5 mins whilst he was reading the catalogue with the customer, a queue had now formed behind when a rude young lady came out to serve. I had been waiting at the C&C counter but was summoned to the normal counter (whats the point of C&C) where I pointed out the lengthy wait...and the girl snapped at me " there's only 2 of us on and we're busy!" Wow! It was not busy for the 5 mins I was stood there being ignored! I could not believe the attitude, twice in a week... by management. That was the final straw, I just walked out (without my item!) as I was worried about what insults I would get. I am seeking legal advice against the Shrewsbury store as it really has knocked me for six, I will never use Toolstation again. Purchased a cutting maul/ axe πͺ from them in June last year. Head snapped off after a few months. Returned it a few weeks after the 12 month period and they refused to refund me or even replace the item. Shocking product and even worse company. All my business will be transferred to Screwfix now

Had an emergency with the cold water tank not filling up - the ball float valve was completely blocked! Was able to get a replacement from Toolstation within a matter of hours and was able to fix it the same day. By the end of the day you could say I was "flush with success". Very happy with the product and efficient service at the store.
