UPDATED - Product is great
I must say, after getting through to them, they sorted out my issue (below) very fast and efficiently. I hope the package that comes tomorrow will be as promised.. Thanks! ________________________________________________________ PREVIOUS: I ordered first time with Teapigs a few days ago. I received the package to find that one of the teas that I ordered was wrong. Instead of receiving 15x rhubarb ginger I received 1x lemon ginger. It would be fine if they left a note in the box that they were out of stock with this and swapped it for lemon ginger but not 1 teabag if I ordered 15. Got in touch with customer service but they never got back to me. Will not order again until I know that their customer service actually cares about what their customers have to say to them.
