The team at Taylor Rose based in Milton Keynes were so kind, caring, empathetic and helpful in assisting me to sell my property. I particularly would like to offer my eternal gratitude to Rachel, who worked tirelessly to ensure that I exchanged and completed on my house. Rachel listened to what I was saying, cheered me up and always remained positive throughout the process of selling my house, never wavering and always there despite being inundated with so much work. She is highly skilled, experienced and fearless in chasing on your behalf but at the same time, is conscientious of all parties involved. She was really someone I could count on and made herself available, meeting all my expectations and much more. Louise was also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They really made my sale go over the line. I cannot emphasise enough how highly I rate Rachel, Louise and the conveyancing team. In the often very challenging and unpredictable nature of selling your home, the Taylor Rose team offer integrity, experience, skill and an overall breath of fresh air in an otherwise very stressful time. Highly Recommend Taylor Rose
I’ve now used Taylor Rose for two house sales/purchases, and the reason I came back to them for the second time was because of the quality provided by Shana Appa and Bonita Nijran. After having an extremely unsatisfying experience with a conveyance company, the transition to using Taylor Rose and the two solicitors mentioned was night and day. Whilst the house sale process in the UK is extremely drawn out and overly complex, Shana and Bonita helped make the process far simpler, providing clarity when needed and only reaching out to explain critical parts of the sale, or to help with relevant documents. Unlike the previous company I used, where the onus on receiving follow ups was led by me chasing, both Shana and Bonita were good communicators- and provided regular updates. I strongly recommend their services, I believe transparency, simplicity and honesty are very important in these transactions, but have found it hard to rely on services I’ve used in the past. However, this is not true of Taylor Rose, Bonita and Shana- who applied themselves brilliantly to get my house sale completed. Strongly recommend their services.

The conveyancing process had a slow start
The conveyancing process began with a slow and challenging start. As first-time buyers with no prior experience, we struggled with the initial lack of clear communication and timely updates from their system, leaving us unsure of what to expect or do next. However, after this bumpy beginning, things improved significantly. While it often required follow-up calls after emails, our case handler and legal assistant proved to be helpful and friendly. In the final stages, once a deadline was set, they were highly efficient and ensured everything was delivered on time.

Terrible stressful experience
I have had a terrible experience with Taylor Rose and my property purchase has been ongoing since February 2025. The seller has now put the property back on the market. My stress levels have been elevated for months and I stand to lose approx £3-5k in fees overall (mortgage and legal). Communication was initially good but my calls are now ignored. At the 11th hour, a fire risk assessment was requested by the mortgage lender’s solicitor, but really my conveyancer should have requested this right from the beginning to avoid this delay. I appreciate that workloads can be high and that everyone needs annual leave, but I have often found myself doing a lot of chasing and researching a lot of legal stuff that my solicitor has been unable to explain. Quite frankly I don’t know what I am paying my fees for and there is a lack of proactiveness.
