I had the great pleasure of working with Yvonne Dixon-Cophen and Kiyara De-Silva on the completion of my property. They were incredible efficient, diligent and thorough - everything you could want in your legal team. Beyond this, they were very human and super reasonably priced. I would go as far to say they completely surpassed my expectations and will whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs legal advice.

We used Taylor Rose for buying and selling a property.Opal dealt with our case and if anyone deserves a fantastic review it’s her!She worked so hard getting everything in order for us which at times was very challenging as we were dealing with a buyer with a terrible solicitor (there review is next!)Opal kept us informed constantly and was at the end of the phone when we needed her..She went above and beyond constantly trying to contact a solicitor that went AWOL.Im sure we drove her mad at times with calls and emails but she always remained professional friendly and empathetic..Thankyou Opal for everything you did!!!From Tamara &Nick

We recently completed a property transaction with the help of their solicitor, Swee Ghai, and we are extremely satisfied with the service provided. She was incredibly thorough and patient in explaining every detail to us, ensuring that we fully understood each step of the process. What impressed us most was the personal touch — not only did she communicate clearly via email, but she also took the time to call and explain things to us carefully and considerately. We could truly feel that they were wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting us throughout the entire process. Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Proactivity
I have been extremely disappointed with the level of service received during my property purchase with Taylor Rose. My transaction has been ongoing since December 2024 and throughout this time communication has been consistently poor. It has been nearly impossible to speak with my conveyancer on the phone, despite numerous calls and voicemails. Emails often go unanswered for long periods, even on critical matters requiring timely updates. This lack of responsiveness has caused repeated delays and unnecessary stress. Key documents have taken weeks to be reviewed or sent, and when I have requested clarity or confirmation of outstanding items, the information provided has been partial or unclear. My lender has also struggled to get any response from Taylor Rose, which has further held up progress. I appreciate that workloads can be high and annual leave is understandable, but as a paying client I expected at least basic communication and proactive case management. This experience has left me with serious reservations about recommending Taylor Rose to others.

Calming and Patient!
Extraordinary experience much like herding cats for my amazing conveyancer Jane Voce Long. She battled through Pneumonia and a long Easter plus another conveyancer with limited communication skills ! I’m not sure how any of us survived to make it to completion. Living on tenterhooks for six months. Thank you again Jane, for your calming visits especially!
