The conveyancing process had a slow start
The conveyancing process began with a slow and challenging start. As first-time buyers with no prior experience, we struggled with the initial lack of clear communication and timely updates from their system, leaving us unsure of what to expect or do next. However, after this bumpy beginning, things improved significantly. While it often required follow-up calls after emails, our case handler and legal assistant proved to be helpful and friendly. In the final stages, once a deadline was set, they were highly efficient and ensured everything was delivered on time.
