I just wanted to share my recent experience with Faye Naylor, who helped me resolve a frustrating issue with my freeholder. For four years, they had been ignoring a leak in my property, and I was at my wit's end. Faye stepped in and took care of everything. She listened to all my concerns, explained my rights and my options to me clearly, and led me, step by step, to a good outcome. What really impressed me was her competence and her attention to detail, we settled out of court and I feel good about the clarifications we put in under each clause, I think we have removed any ambiguity/confusion which could be problematic in future. Finally, her empathy and understanding made a huge difference, I felt listened to and safe knowing she was on my side. Thanks to Faye, the issue is finally resolved, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Initially everything great but once you accept the quote they are very slow and offer no solution don’t even bother to ring when you were told they would have wasted a week and a half and accomplished nothing I have been told it’s down to the compliance team well personally I think they need a new one very disappointed waited for customer to respond then decided to go elsewhere

Incompetent and negligent conveyancing
Incompetent and negligent conveyancing! We hired TR for our conveyancing. I wish we had not. They missed critical aspects of the sale- things we had told them several times, and they failed to address with the sellers side. I learnt of it because it almost blew up the deal. They lacked an ability to follow up on things that legal conveyancers do. Things that were flagged from the survey and sent to them multiple times. And even then you have to push them via the longest email chains you can imagine to follow through on it and provide advice. They completely screwed us over. I wish we never signed with them. The level of stress due to their incompetence was not needed. Forget them even catching anything. Yeah right! And if you catch on to something you will have the dreadful task of having to coach them through it to get to a resolution. Oh and at one point they gave me false advice- told something was ‘all ok’ when in fact it wasn’t - I then questioned the advice further and raised queries- only then did they walk back their advice It will feel like you need to take on the role of project manager, lawyer, and team leader whilst also trying to be the buyer. Avoid. I wish i did. I thought how bad could it be… oh it’s bad.
