Can't recommend enough to help during what everyone says is one of the most stressful things you can do - a house sale
Samantha Nattress handled the sale of our house. It is daunting to sell your house but from the start to the completion (yesterday) she has been there at the end of the phone, I didn't feel safe even asking the most silly questions. It turned out to be a complicated sale with indemnity insurance policies required for a couple of items but she was there for me explaining everything. The fee quoted for their work at the beginning was the fee we paid. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you.

*avoid at all costs* Taylor rose was chosen by my mortgage company when remortgaging my property and dealing with a transfer of equity procedure. In my experience with them, they are incredibly slow, they are difficult to get told of (requesting call-backs that never come), not bothered about the standard of their work, will never get a straight answer from them, lie about what is being done and what else needs doing. I highly suggest finding another firm before using these!

My flat sold recently
My flat sold recently, and Philip James Kennedy recommended I get a quote from a solicitor to complete the sale of my property. My previous solicitor had already quoted me £1162 inclusive of everything including VAT. I received a quote of just under £900 following a conversation where I outlined that I wanted a quote for the sale and completion of my flat. I am now aware how misleading this initial quote was. As a novice seller I feel the lack of transparency from your company has led to me receiving a final bill of more than double the original quote. I picked the solicitor from this quote and feel if the quote would have been inclusive of all costs including VAT showing the end cost in full at £2604.00, I would have gone with my original solicitor who is pricing her service fairly. I feel it is clear that when someone is asking for a quote, they shouldn't have to route around legal jargon to find extra charges. I feel this quote is not neurodiverse friendly when you must go looking round for costs. I am very disappointed and will not be using or recommending your service.

Leasehold extension
We own a share in a management company that owns the leasehold to two flats: one owned by us and the other owned by the person who co-owns the management company. We wanted to extend the leasehold to 999 years. Taylor Rose (Manjit Rai and colleagues) drafted the revised lease, coordinated the process with the co-owner, the banks and registry smoothly and efficiently. I will be happy to use the Taylor Rose again if I have other work.
