Had a few issues to start with...
Had a few issues to start with but was resolved quite quickly once i got hold of Taylor rose customer service department. started off with Leanne boycott as my conveyancer. I always had trouble getting hold of her and was rarely receiving replies to my questions. I got hold of customer service and then Dominique Bernard was appointed my new conveyancer. Dominique was extremely helpful and managed to complete my purchase within a couple of months. She is the only reason that this review got 4 stars instead of 1.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Quite simply the worst experience you could imagine. Buying and selling a property should be an exciting time but this Taylor Rose have certainly put pay to that. They have absolutely no consideration for the client, zero sense of urgency. 21 weeks in to the sale transaction and still no further closer to the contracts being exchanged. Please avoid at all costs for your sanity and health. Quite simply ther worse service I have ever experienced.

Taylor Rose in Hertford, have, over the past 4 years, managed our Wills, and Powers of Attorney and, most recently, the estate of my late father. The latter was extremely complex and the whole process took at least three years to complete. However, at every step of the way, Mrs Malina Gupta and her superb team, handled the matter very efficiently and compassionately. I cannot recommend the company, and indeed the services of Mrs Gupta enough. The sympathetic handling of my late father's affairs was exceptional. The Will process, Power of Attorney matters were also speedily competed with professionalism rare to see.
