You are completely rubbish I ordered from a meal and u refused to put my order through so I wouldn't use you again I would rather phone and order my meal at least I know I'm going to get my order completely rubbish service.

I ordered my takeaway at 7.15 and within 5 minutes had an email saying the restaurant had received it. I called the restaurant with a query and discovered they had not in fact received my email and it actually took over 40 minutes after placing the order on takeaway.com for them to contact the restaurant with the order, which therefore meant instead of ordering early so the wait wouldn't be so long by the time they'd finally recieved my order I had hit the peak/busy time. I tried to contact takeaway.com to find out what was going on with my order when the restaurant called to say they hadn't had it, the only means of being able to do this was via a contact us form, which then took an hour and twenty minutes for them to contact me and by this time I had thankfully just recieved my order, over two hours after placing it. I was given a £7 off voucher to use on their website but I think it's safe to say I will not be using them again!

Website was easy to order from, used PayPal as well. Food was delivered within 40mins which was good for our area. Couple of the items were slightly different to our order i.e chicken instead of duck and small seaweed instead of normal but besides that I'd order again.

Takeaway.com is an easy enough site/app to use. No problem with delivery time, could do with a broader selection of takeaways but on the whole pretty good. Topcashback offer cash back for this merchant do if you have an account use it!

I have used the site a few times now and always had a smooth transaction, with a prompt delivery. The site is simple to use with a good selecion of restaurants in this area and paying with Paypal is a major bonus for me too. Highly recommended!

It only took a couple of minutes to place the order. The correct items was ready at exactly the time we wanted. Much easier than placing an order over the phone!

I have been using takeaway.com for some time now, as most of their takeaways accept paypal, and as an ebay trader this makes it really convenient for us. Always a great fast service from the restaurants we have used, I would highly recommend to anyone, only con is the limited choice of restaurants at the moment, but I imagine they will be more and more added in the future as they grow as a company.. Overall impress, give them a try..
