I ordered a take away from the website and one hour later my delivery still hadn't came so I rung takeaway.com and they told me they were concerned because it should have come through, therefore I rung the restaurant directly myself and told them my concern and they said that takeaway.com were lying to me and they hadn't actually received any order by name, email, number or address and I had to re-order through the phone directly with them because I couldn't rely on takeaway.com again on placing another order with them as they probably would lie again and say it's gone through and been accepted when it hadn't even been sent!

I found the website really well laid out and the instructions were easy to follow. Paying with Paypal made it even easier...would use this site again

We ordered our meal but 2 hours later when it didn't arrive the restaurant was very blunt and rude and just said nothing to do with them however takeaway.com immediately dealt with this problem(the takeaway was delivered to wrong address)they were very helpful apologised and refunded my account their service was good

Just one thing you state a time that you would like your delivery and it always come before the time this is ok if your in but I had stated that I wouldn't be back till a certain time and it was still delivered luckily my daughter was home and that I had paid by card or it would of had to go back! Just always read the instructions box but other than that.....perfect!!!!

A nice bright site with everything in one place. Really simple to use to order the different types of food that you want. Better still you can even pay with PayPal which is brilliant. I will definitely be using the site again. 10/10.♥

I am happy with takeaway.com service, when I complained on my first order, they replied instantly and gave me a credit which I didnt expect as a tourist. I am happy and once I return to london or any part of the UK next year I will surely order again.

The takeaway /com was easy to use .no hanging about waiting for the phone to be answered. Found what I want fairly quickly you have the option to pay by card or pay when food arrives

Average food, pleased delivery came
