I am enjoying my takeaway app as I can ordered from my mobile and the fact that.most of the restaurant accept paypal as I dont carry cash around

There is no Chinese options on your website in our area.

Unfortunately we swapped over to this service after a competitor let us down badly, however it is disappointing to note that the takeaway in question range to say they didnt have what had been ordered (this was half an hour after the order was placed) and would we like x - after accepting this another question was then asked by the take away meaning the order actually took nearly two hours to be delivered. Sorry, whilst on line takeaway ordering is a great idea until all the problems are sorted out we wont be using again.

Quick reliable service and orders. With a great range of restaurants. Can't wait to see more :)

I was experimenting with a new website- wish I hadn't bothered! Never got any confirmation e-mail of timings, nor of order accepted. Therefore, had no idea if I was getting any food, let alone when it was coming! Luckily I ordered from a restaurant I usually use through a different wesbsite and the food came quickly- and was great as per usual.

I did`t received my order but mone gone away via paypal. Still i didn`t received a refund. I ordered from Preston casablanca via takeaway.com. This is the second time i haven`t received my order, but waiting 2 hours for my meal.

Ordered on line, order was delivered on time and was great food too.

Order was never delivered, contacted both takeaway.com and the resturant multiple times, never resolved so I was scammed out of my money and never recieved anything, stay clear.

Site very easy to use clear instructions if never used before. Fast and efficient. Definately use again and recommend to friends.

Food tastes great with fast delivery and very pleasant when I got dishes because the man who delivered them was really nice and polite.Looking forward to next order with another surprise.

Honestly no problems at all great service

Placing order was great no issues! Problem started when delivery driver arrived he tried to charge me even though i paid with paypal! Shop said they had not recived payment so maybe it needs to be reviewed to make it clearer to shop that paypal has been used yo pay! It may be an issue at shop end though which i dont know for sure, either way this needs addressing as shop tried to take the food i paid for back!! If its shops fault then take them off your books so it doesnt happen to anyone else!

So easy to use will definitely be using this site again!!!
