We love fish an chips, and I am sorry that you can't get them delivered.. However now you can :-) the quality of the food was good and still hot!! I had a very happy family when the order came. Will order again!!

Easy service to use although iPhone app slightly glitchy latest iOS (no option to put voucher) worked ok in Safari. Great customer service too

The quality of the food wasn't great and the main dish I ordered never arrived. I tried to phone the restaurant for over an hour but they never answered. The delivery driver also asked for payment although i'd already paid online. If I use the service in future i'll make sure to check the order thoroughly before letting the driver go.

We ordered a takeaway from Malikas. The order was correct but the timing (about 1 1/2hrs after ordering) wasn't passed on to the restaurant so we got our takeaway much too early and had to keep it warm in the oven whilst we put the children to bed.... not ideal. Next time I'll order directly.

Easy way to order from a good choice of takeaways

I used this website a week ago. Used to use a well known takeaway app but fed up with the crappy takeaways that signed up with them. Anyway it started with a search on Google for best curry takeaway and takeaway.com turned up. I typed in my postcode and selected the cuisine and voila within seconds I found the perfect takeaway. It was pretty seamless in terms of executing the order and it allows cash vs delivery as well as credit cards. The restaurant also did it's job delivering within time.

Went through takeaway.com cause i liked that I could use paypal at some places. Had a problem with one of my orders and they rang me straight away and gave me full refund there and then. the staff was helpful and very friendly.

There really helpful and kind and they talk like they understand the customers needs and u can tell they do there best 100% and they kindly take care of ur order and also ring you to make sure its correct like example if u make 2orders from 2 different places. So yeah I'm happy by them n there service and I feel secure ordering that way for some reason. Cus that's what they there for to look after u and ur order.

Similar system to Justeat but the fact you can use alternative currency (Bitcoin) to pay is a massive bonus. It's brilliant for business when a company does something a little experimental and i hope that decision is paying off!
