its fast and nice foods

This is the third time in row that takeaway.com had upset our family while ordering takeaway for a good relaxing night. They make us do all the research and pay, then later someone will call and say that the item we ordered is not available. More stress - time consuming experience in last 3 times. And if complain, then you may get an apology - but no compensation for your time waste or stress you have to go through. Not happy at all the way we were treated on this orders.

Ate some decent food, was alright I guess

I found the website very good to use, it was nicely laid out and pretty much self explanatory. The only issue I had is that the website advertised, and sold items that the takeaway I ordered from do not sell. I was only made aware of this when the delivery arrived without some items. I also think it would be better to add an "ASAP" option to the delivery slots, rather than start delivering from 6.15

I LOVE THIS SITE, ITS SO EASY & FAST TO ORDER MY FOOD WITH. I TRIED JOINING THE "OTHERS" BUT I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS LOGGING IN, I DON'T WANT THAT CONSTANT HASSLE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG IN WHEN I WANT TO ORDER FOOD. I'M MORE THAN HAPPY TO CONTINUE TO KEEP USING THE SITE, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T COMPLICATE THINGS WITH MAKING PEOPLE JOIN. I GIVE THIS SITE A 5 STAR.

Advertised as "accepting paypal everywhere" ...... but they don't!!

Yeah good service and nice food, will deffo come back

Food was good and contact with restaurant was also good. Had to wait just over an hour for my order but I was quite picky with what I wanted. Only disappointing thing was the difference in price from the menu to what I paid on the website. Also my reciept was lower than what I paid. Overall a good experience and I would use again.

This is a great idea, Paid via pay pal so was very easy.

Ordering out made very simple. Couple of clicks, choose what you want and pay via PayPal. Very simple. Although I'll need to be careful in future to check before I confirm. I ordered a large pizza from papa johns the other day, and didn't realise that under extras, extra anchovis was set as default. I thought it was just an example on the screen but then my order arrived complete with anchovies (yuk) could still taste them even after I had taken them off. Not sure why it happened but I will defo be double checking next time. Other than that though, all good

A little apprehensive at first about ordering take-away food online but was pleased to see that one of our favourite restaurants was a participating member of the scheme. The website & menu were very clear and the process probably took less time than ordering face-to-face. Not only that but delivery took less than 45 minutes from placing the order! Can't recommend this site & service enough. Fabulous!!

I am customer of this company for a quite while, I welcomed that I can pay by card or paypal through takeway.com.

I recently wondered if it was possible to order some food online and pay by PayPal as I had no cash on me. To my delight I found that it was with a new food outlet portal called Takeway.com. Finding what I wanted, ordering my meal took a matter of seconds. I have used another food delivery portal quite regularly in the past but will take my business to Takeaway.com in the future.

Take your time ordering. You choose when you want it delivered and how you want to pay. Couldn't be more simple.

i was not pleased when my order was not delivered LXXJRP. i am from the philippines and this is the second time that i made an order tru this for my relative. the first one was really great. but this time around is not, no notice of anything of what had happen. now...it hinders me to share happy moments with family in uk. only want to know why it does happen. thank you. rowena galang

My notes on the order were not passed on, neither was the fact that we live in a flat. Which is the first word in our address. Would not use again even though we have 2 £5 codes. Just terrible.
