I ordered my take away thinking everything was ok 10 minutes after my food was meant to be delivered i phoned up restaurant for them to tell me they are not delivering it as they have cancelled there subscription to take away. Wrote to take away about my problem they wrote back saying they will sort it out.

In a nutshell, the food was delivered two hours after order, although it says 45-60 mins and despite several phone calls along the way. Upon arrival the food was cold, terrible customer service, stay away!!!

I made 2 separate orders through this company the first time my order was wrong and cold the second time it was wrong again and when I called the restaurant the manager told me that takeaway.com didn't even give him all the order specifics

takeaway.com is a clear website that makes ordering food easy and qick i have nevr had any problems with this site and recommend them

Had no cash on me and wanted food. Takeaway.com makes it easy to use pay pal which i feel safer doing then giving card details.

The wrong post code and incomplete telephone details were sent to the restaurant, resulting it the delivery being 2 hours and 45 minutes late, which by that time the food was not fresh.

I've used this site a handful of times for various food.. Once I was ordering pizza for my kids, said that it would be delivered in 45mins, ha!! Take away.com phoned me once the 45mins was up to say that they are still trying to get hold of the takeaway that I ordered from to order my food!! ..my kids were starving and I ended up going else where. Ordered Chinese on a few occasions and every time, I've had the Chinese takeaway phoning me with foods not available, why put it on your menu if you've not got it, and to pee you off even more, pay for it up front via PayPal, yes, quickly to take your money but had to wait 7days for a refund! Do not go through these sites, phone the restaurants directly... Waiting up from 45mins to 2hrs is not fast food! Disgraceful

The food was a bit cold

Will use again. Had lamb tikka masala. Needed more meat but that was because it was so nice.
