takeaway .com gave the wrong order to the restaurant .When the restaurant called to verify address this was recognised. Emailed takeaway.com to explain this who then emailed me back to state that it was not their fault once the order had been passed on .!!!!!!!!! how is this possible. The food was delicious
My delivery never arrived until I called takeaway and they had not received order. Very poor service took about 2 hours to get food in the end. Upate: Thank you for your response Stavros, I appreciate it seems to have been a communication problem with the restaurant rather than a problem with your service in general. I hope it can be resolved in future.

WHEN RETURNED HOME @10 THE PATHETIC TAKEAWAY HADNOT DELIVERED THE ORDER. WHEN RANG TAKEAWAY, THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY TRASH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED ME TO RING TAKEAWAY.COM. AND IT DAWNED ONTO ME THAT THESE USELESS PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER.

Just put your postcode in and away you go. Checking out is easy to. Only downside is that you have a pay pal fee to put on top of order.

Ordered from this takeaway foe the first time and I am always uneasy to going with a new Chinese as have had some bad experiences in the past. But couldn't be any happier with this Chinese, delivery was quick, good was hoy and so tasty. Lots of meat in chowmein and fried rice. Cannot fault at all, this is our regular Chinese from now on, very tasty and will not be disappointed.
