Got £10 voucher used it and to my surprise my nice free food turned up but half an hour late

the checkout etc was OK.. didnt like the paypal and the way it worked.. took for ever for restraunt to confirm to even know if my order had gone through. stick to [External Reference] if you dont require paypal

Well. The menu was different from the actual takeaway menu, stuff was missing. There was no plain option for pizza bases, the prices were wrong and the website was a pain to use. But you accept paypal, so you were really my only choice right there and then.

I use these as they say they have takeaways that take paypal.this is true,but it is only a small portion of them that do take paypal.the site itself is easy to use and in my experience the system works.all my takeaways have been right,no wrong/missing items.when the site builds up a larger selection of takeaways.i think it will be a force to be reckoned with. rick

It was easy to place my order and the service was very fast it all just made life easy well pleased

I ordered through Takeaway.com The restaurant in question did not receive my order properly, did not see who the order had come from, could not communicate with the website help line to clarify things and got my order wrong. I'm then offered a measly £3 off the next order as compensation??!!!

Please do not make the same mistake I made - do not use TAKEAWAY.COM I ordered my food as a new customer. After an hour I called the restaurant who said takeaway.com had only just rung them with my order and warned them I hadn't paid which I had. After over 1.5 hours food arrived and order was wrong. As we were so hungry my family ate what food we could but when challenged takeaway.com next day they were not particularly interested, said it was an IT issue and refused a full refund giving a measly £7 instead. Appalling. Never again. You have been warned!!

Lovely food and service

With the use of Debit/Credit Cards ever increasing and cash becoming used less and less, I often find myself at home after a long days work only to find that I don't have a great deal in the fridge or freezer even if I could be bothered to cook. So Takeaway.com is a great way of ordering food from some of the smaller restaurants that don't accept card payments, without the hassle of going out to your local cash machine only to find it's out cash or broken when you don't have cash at home. Overall I've been very pleased with the service provided by Takeaway.com with on only a couple of occasions the restaurant I have ordered from being closed or unable to deliver, they have been very quick to notify and refund me. My only criticism would be that I often feel that as a prepaid customer some restaurants see this as an opportunity to put you to the bottom of their priorities as they know you don't have the option to cancel the order and order elsewhere after an excessive wait time. Whereas this should be the exact opposite having paid in advance.

The food is quality as well as quantity fare priced just love the service and food I will always use this restaurant

You offer a discount on first order, we usually use just eat, so we thought we would give u a try, it says all the way through the process that u get ur discount at the end and it just sends your order through with no discount

I have had a problem with one supplier and I left an honest but negative review concerning (Dordon Caterers) that supplier. The review that I submitted has never appeared on the site which is very annoying.
