We ordered for a pizza delivery, we received a confirmation of the order being placed and another email confirming the delivery. But there was no delivery, so we called the shop who takeaway.com told us it was ordered too and they had no clue about any order placed. So after waiting 1 hours 15 mins it appeared we had wasted our time.
Had a shocking experience ordering from here and when I complained they had the ordasity to offer me £3...seriously!!! The restaurant I order from was terrible...2hr wait, claimed I hadn't paid even though I had through PayPal, and the food was tasteless and cold. But apparently as the restaurant offered me 50% off my next order I should be happy so takeaway.com told me...like I would want to order from them again!!!over 30minutes I was stood on my door step disputing with the delivery driver and manager over my payment...but obviously takeaway.com's offer of £3 is sufficient enough!!! My advise to anyone stuck to [External Reference] and [External Reference] who actually have reputable takeaways on their books!!!
I am very happy with this serves, it is very convenient and avoids the problem of finding the right cash, as I can pay with paypal. (my preferred method of paying for things these days.) I would definitely recommend this serves.
I have used takeaway.com a few times now and every time the experience has been excellent. The possibility to pay with PayPal makes it easier to order quickly and flawlessly and so far most orders have been delivered. The only time the restaurant declied the order because it was too busy, takeaway.com refunded the money within a couple of hours to my paypal account, no problems at all.
Excellent food and fantastic customer service. Food always hot and on time. can only recommend that you try Blue Sky.

My opinion is that Takeaway is a perfect way to order easily and quickly, in those days that you don't want cooking. I really suggest takeaway.com 'cause is quickly and direct to the suppliers.
Good choice of restaurants, including some of my favourites. The only reason I didn't give full mark was because there didn't seem to be full options available ie. Diet Coke as well as ordinary, or chicken tikka options, not just plain with curries, however, I just put these extra options in the comments box. Service was fast and the option to pay via PayPal makes ordering even easier.
We always try and order off this lovely curry house, the food it hot and tasty. Delivery is on time. My girlfriend is useless at eating spicy food but their food it tasty and hits the spot. At one time they weren't deliverying to where I live and it was a sad day for us. I am very pleased they changed their minds and still send the food down to our part of South East London. I recommend them to others as they do a wonderful meal, always enough for tomorrow and such a great deal. Thank you Jules

Ordering on line was easy to use. This was the first time I had done this and was amazed how easy it was. I thought great , I will definitely do this again. But when it arrived in the time scale of just over 45 mins. It had already been delivered to 2 other houses before it came to me. So it has definitely put me off ordering off this site again.
Its keeps long for an order to be delivered.

Good idea and user friendly but flawed communications .When meal delivered payment requested and no knowledge of prepayment. Took 10-15 mins to sort with meal going cold
