Absolutely awful!
I've used this site a handful of times for various food.. Once I was ordering pizza for my kids, said that it would be delivered in 45mins, ha!! Take away.com phoned me once the 45mins was up to say that they are still trying to get hold of the takeaway that I ordered from to order my food!! ..my kids were starving and I ended up going else where. Ordered Chinese on a few occasions and every time, I've had the Chinese takeaway phoning me with foods not available, why put it on your menu if you've not got it, and to pee you off even more, pay for it up front via PayPal, yes, quickly to take your money but had to wait 7days for a refund! Do not go through these sites, phone the restaurants directly... Waiting up from 45mins to 2hrs is not fast food! Disgraceful
