Found this service very quick and easy to use

Website is reliable, makes everything simple, promotes the use of various payment methods which is a bonus. shows many different restaurants, however some restaurants don't deliver to certain locations when takeaway says they do. (for example a takeaway 20 miles away says they will deliver, yet they have to pay the dartford charge to get in... unlikely. 5 stars overall, just some misinformation on the certain restaurants side. Sneaky marketing.

The meal we ordered was fantastic. We will definitely order from Stratton Tandoori again :-)

On many occasions when ordering take away for delivery the person on the other end of the phone doesn't understand what your are saying so on many occasions I haven't received the right food order and ive also been charged to much ,ordering online eliminates this. I also found the menu to be much easier to understand online than from the normal pamphlet menu . Using this online system is so easy you just click on what you want it lists it adds it up and gives you Your total and orders it for you .my order arrived sooner than the 45mins estimated. All I can say is excellent won't be ordering by phone ever again

I like ordering online because I don't have to go through the boring process of explaining my adress etc over the phone, I'm sure that plenty of people would agree with that. I tried ordering with takeaway. Com twice & both times had to wait much longer than usual for my delivery from places I use regularly. Both times the drivers had to phone me to find out which flat number I live at, it wasn't written on the delivery slip. If they have to do that at each delivery then no wonder its always going to be late. Goodbye Takeaway. Com I'm done with you. This part I reviewed after receiving trustpilots response & my answer is : you are wrong I did include my full adress on both orders and of course when registering. On my second order I also entered it on the special requests box. Don't treat people like idiots, you seem to have a smart retort for every comment on here. If you welcome people's honest comments then you should have the humility to accept when you have fallen short of standard expectations.

Ordering was fine, but the text message delivery notification gave the expected arrival time as 2 hours after ordering. This meant I had to contact the restaurant direct, who said it was a system error. I then emailed takeaway.com direct and the reply was that it was probably a software problem. No indication if it was being looked at or fixed. Won't be using them again. If I need to call the restaurant to check delivery time I might as well order direct.

Not bad, not as good as [external reference] as there's not as many choices. The interface and display of takeaway options on the main page doesn't work very well, e.g. when you go back in the browser from looking at a particular shop you have to re-click your choice of cuisine to narrow down the range. I'm trying it right now because I've used most of the nearby places featured on [external reference].

Ordered chicken madras and chicken bhoona via the easy to use website- everything arrived about 35 mins later piping hot and the most delicious curry we have had in a long time- can't wait for the next meal from there- thoroughly recommend them to everyone

Food ordered online, time requested 8.30pm. Delivered at 7.40 when we questioned the Driver his response was hey i just work there i do what i'm told to do and thats deliver. Chicken foo young was more like noodles and a mush of something, tasted was awful. Lately food has gone down hill, don't think i will order from them again

We discovered China Capital in south Bristol recently and are really delighted we did. Delicious fresh food delivered consistently faster than the hour wait suggested, good pricing, choice of paying methods (even Paypal!), the menu is extensive but not at the cost of quality... nothing to complain about at all. Oh, and also the food is NOT drenched in msg, which usually wakes me up with thirst in the middle of the night (not good). 5*

I bought a curry meal for 2 from Saahil in Southport. We ordered the food to be delivered a couple of hours after booking online and was surprised when it arrived bang on time. I paid with Bitcoin as it was one of 2 curry houses in Southport that accept Bitcoin and the only one I recognised. The process was simple using my phone. Food was fabulous although they messed up the order. The side I got was wrong.

Easy to place order and pay online. Great food from local restaurant arrived within 45min. all in all a greta experiance
